Opak Singkong, is a typical food of Wonosobo which is made from cassava stew and given salt, cassava which is boiled then pounded until smooth then flattened and dried in the sun, after it is dry then cassava is fried until cooked.
Generally, these foods are sold in the form of not fried or undercooked. The savory and salty taste makes this cassava a daily snack, besides cassava, there is also something made from sticky rice.
